Sorted everything out and replaced my oil and filter quickly would definitely have him sorting the car again

I requested a mobile mechanic. I did not request that my vehicle be towed to Reading( at additional cost) When I refused for my car to be towed I was informed there would be a £40 cancellation fee. I was charged £78. I feel I was scammed. Why should I pay when I asked for a mobile mechanic. If I wanted my vehicle towed to a garage I would have chosen in Newbury. I will never recommend or use service again and intend taking the matter further. Very disappointing service.

Happy with the work Michael has done and found another connected fault with my car and advised me and fixed it. Leon, who collected and delivered my car, was friendly and looked after my car.

George came out to replace my breaks. He let me know when he was arriving and actually managed to get there early. He replaced the brakes in good time and performed a health check on the rest of the car. Would definatley use this mechanic again.

He didn't come to the appointment. Didn't communicate just when I asked after the appointment when he is coming, he messaged he won't come until I pay... I paid but he didn't see that. Had to rearrange for hours later. Again he was late, no communication, I had to call where is he, he was a good 20 minutes late. He done the job less than an hour offered another quote as my service is due soon... Seen it on my dash... Forgot to mention that my convertible top light is flashing on the dash indicating a fault. Before he rammaged through my boot for some tool to take of the cap of my wheels. I told him I don't have that but still moved everything in my boot probably hitting a sensor for the roof. Now I have the flashing light and he denies he did anything, refuse to come back under warranty, and pretty much both the mechanic and click mechanic ignoring any communication attempt to help me resolve what he damaged. Would never recommend either him or this site again.
