Extremely prompt, went above and beyond. Contacted the seller himself and brought the booking forward which was excellent for us as the situation was time sensitive. Had the report to us within the hour, spent time explaining things to us in detail and answering any questions we had. Very easy to talk to. Overall, stoked with the whole process.

Dylan was great. Work was completed quickly and I was given a run through of what had been done and what needed to be considered in future if I kept the vehicle long term. Also given information on what to expect whilst new brake pads were bedding in and advice on how to drive for the first 20-30 miles. First time using Click Mechanic and won’t be the last.
