David was friendly, listened to my car problems report and carried out diagnostic and manual checks on my engine to investigate the reason my car would not run. He found the problem originated from the exhaust emissions valve which he cleaned and got the engine running well.

Came to diagnose a fault on front and rear lights. Spent an hour and I'm no clearer on what the fault is. The front indicator turned out to be a blown fuse in the end! Really pleasant guy, but didn't do much to sort out the car.

Darren was very helpful and personable. Prompt - given rush hour traffic. Clear on diagnosis advice and caution on driving activity. And car ok within cautioned limits on driving distance pre-repair.

I find Andrew to be very knowledgeable very helpful in answering my questions. He made the repairs to my car showing me the defective item and the replacement item to be fitted all done at my place of work so with minimum inconvenience to myself would highly recommend Andrew to any other customers

Unity were great, they kept me up to date and well informed with what was happening with the work they carried out. They ran into problems and weren’t quick to charge me for unnecessary work and they were an honest bunch. Unity fitted the brand of shock absorbers I’d asked for with no qualms and were transparent throughout. Would recommend!
