Yes he was friendly, explained the process and timelines and that was exactly what happened, so i was very happy with it. I used to have to drive to a garage and wait for a service or get picked up and dropped back off but this service takes away that and works great for me.

Kurt was great. He quickly understood the problem even before he'd hooked up his diagnostics kit. He was able to tackle the immediate problem and gave excellent advice around the overall cause and the way of removing the problem longer term. He took time to really investigate what was going on and showed me so that I'd have a better understanding of the issue. He was friendly, personable and knowledgable.

Arranged times did change but that may not have been in the mechanics control. Sam did the diagnostic and was very clear about cost of part and repair. Luke carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. There was another issue but not something that could have been detected before. Really polite, friendly guys. I would recommend their service.
