Joshua was excellent. Diligent and hardworking, he kept me upto date with progress of my clutch replacement and showed me the damaged parts and what failed. Very friendly, seemed to not want to bother me, very polite. I put a request to replace my clutch on the Friday morning and by Saturday at 0930 Joshua arrived and did all the work on my drive!

What can I say. I called Alin out to replace my heater matrix system. Mercedes had previously diagnosed the problem (for £300) and quoted £3500 to fix. After finding a cheaper alternative Alin showed up, what a nice guy! He showed up on time with everything needed to do the job. He then went through all the symptoms and issues I had been encountering with regards to the heater matrix system fault. I was very impressed with his on the spot troubleshooting. After a brief discussion Alin decided to check a few other things and run a few tests from the answers I gave. Long sorry short it turned out that the heater matrix was fine. He flushed the system and got me my heating back, and he saved me over £700 in the process! He could have just came and started on the job I had paid for. His honesty and integrity are highly appreciated and are very rare qualities in the automotive world these days. Thanks Alin! I would highly recommend him for all types of mechanical issues, and I will be using him again if needed in the future!!

Peter was exceptional, very friendly & knowledgeable but was unable to complete the job until Monday due to the wrong part being supplied. We looked into this matter further & found that various suppliers had a wrong cross reference. Peter covered a lot of miles to source the correct belt. Certainly went above & beyond.
