I didn't meet the mechanic as a lady came to collect my car, she rang me beforehand to let me know she would be here in 30 -40 minutes. She was punctual and pleasant to speak to. She returned my car to me.

I can't comment on the work carried out as I can't see anything, but the car is running ok. I also can't comment on communication as there wasn't much.

they came around at appointed time. said i needed some adjustment to handbrake. they did that and i put car in for mot yesterday. it passed ok. so all ok .

From my quote and the time of 1 to 2 hours. The window given of arrival between 10 and 12. Everything changed. He arrived at 0900 the job took 4 hours and apparently he had to remove my exhaust to change the starter motor. Then I got billed an extra hour. Nice work if you can get it. Car not working. No, when they arrived 5 hours later they told us we had to supply the tyre, but mu quote was for them to supply and fix a new tyre, couldn't find the locking wheel nut and told me they would charge £50 to break it off, i was then asked to pay a call out fee, which again was not on the quote given, they left after trying to con more money from me, then they lied and said the job was completed and.took my money, do not use these people they are just con men they lied about the job, then tried.to charge me.£50.
