Couldn't fault them it did throw me for added cost due to water pump and thermostat changed which I didn't bank on but it had to be done.

Akeil was excellent. Very courteous and willing to discuss the issue prior to arrival, to make sure a diagnostic check was appropriate. He was very generous with his time and explored multiple causes of the problem. It was a complex issue as the car was starting intermittently but remarkably it started when he tried it. This made it difficult to determine the cause of the problem. After trying different things. Akeil suggested that the problem was likely the key as he had eliminated all other possible causes. I have not yet resolved the issue but thanks to Akeil I have an action plan to get it solved. Akeil is very knowledgeable and keen to serve his customers. I highly recommend this mechanic.

It's difficult to rate a fix when the issue disappeared. However, Jason was excellent. Very pleasant to talk to and didn't just accept the engine knocking had stopped. He was very thorough and checking all possible causes from the recording I'd made. He raised the car and examined the engine from every possible angle. He was happy to discuss possible reasons and I'm completely assured he did much more than other mechanics might. He's definitely a gem in clickmechanic's team.

Hayden did an excellent job only took 50 mins to change exhaust system ,he was cheerful and cleared up at end of job would definitely use again.

Mark was fantastic sorted my car straight away quick reset with his scanner then proceeded to show me the faulty erg valve and advised me to either clean it or replace it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Liam and Dan were both great, friendly and knowledgeable. Both sets of brake pads and discs all sorted got me back on road and back to work

Corey phoned to say he was running early and would it be ok to call sooner than arranged. This suited me fine. He came, soon had the car up and replaced the back brake pads, no trouble at all. Speedy, efficient service.
