Turned up late on the day. Got my car back later than anticipated, found they've damaged my cars registration plate and plate light as well. Checked dashcam footage to find the driver had also hit a taxi with my car (no damage thankfully) but didn't tell me this either. I've had to find this all out on my own as they do not want to communicate any issues until challenged. What didn't help was they tried to lie about it and cropped an image of my car to try and cover it up.
I've been in communication about getting the plate and light fixed, said they'd call me to arrange a time to get it in. I've been ready to answer any calls and nothing.

I booked a brake shoe replacement for my car on Saturday, expecting it to be a same-day service. However, when they to pick up my car back, I was told the repair wouldn’t be completed until Monday. Since I needed my car the same day, I expressed my concern. The technician then called the manager to see if anything could be done.

To my surprise, the manager agreed to get the job done that same day, even though the garage was closing at 1 PM! They went above and beyond to meet my needs, and I was able to get my car back later that afternoon.

I’m extremely happy with the service and how they handled the situation.

My car was picked up on time and returned when they said I’m happy with the service they provided will be telling my friends. The price I paid was very reasonable.

I was a little sceptical to use a mechanic that had no reviews but after an email Conversation it was decided to go ahead . My vehicle was due to be picked up between 10/12 and it was and the guy who collected my vehicle was so polite and kind ,
I text the main man to see what time the car would be ready as I had to do the school pick up I was told he would let me know , which again is fine I understand that these jobs take time , at 14.30 I text to ask if he knew what time the car will be ready it was read and not replied to , still I knew that the service may take more time and used other provisions to get my children from school . At Nearly 17.00 I messaged to ask if he knew what time the car would be ready . No reply
So I called the number he said it will be done by 6pm . I had to make other arrangements to get my son to football , at 18.30 I still had no car , I called again was told it was on the way and my car arrived just before 19.00 .
The issue was the lack of communication I had to do all messaging and calling . To be told I will have it back at some time today .
Also my car seats have an oil mark on the seat and over my steering wheel ,
I’ve used click mechanic before and never had an issue ,
