I was a little sceptical to use a mechanic that had no reviews but after an email Conversation it was decided to go ahead . My vehicle was due to be picked up between 10/12 and it was and the guy who collected my vehicle was so polite and kind ,
I text the main man to see what time the car would be ready as I had to do the school pick up I was told he would let me know , which again is fine I understand that these jobs take time , at 14.30 I text to ask if he knew what time the car will be ready it was read and not replied to , still I knew that the service may take more time and used other provisions to get my children from school .
At Nearly 17.00 I messaged to ask if he knew what time the car would be ready . No reply
So I called the number he said it will be done by 6pm . I had to make other arrangements to get my son to football , at 18.30 I still had no car , I called again was told it was on the way and my car arrived just before 19.00 .
The issue was the lack of communication I had to do all messaging and calling . To be told I will have it back at some time today .
Also my car seats have an oil mark on the seat and over my steering wheel ,
I’ve used click mechanic before and never had an issue ,
As for the work it was a service all appears well
