very happy with the work done on my car they was friendly and polite :) they noticed my back spring was broken and let me know about it straight away so i had them fit a new for me will deffo be using again in the future.

Vauxhall Corsa Major Service

Turned up late on the day. Got my car back later than anticipated, found they've damaged my cars registration plate and plate light as well. Checked dashcam footage to find the driver had also hit a taxi with my car (no damage thankfully) but didn't tell me this either. I've had to find this all out on my own as they do not want to communicate any issues until challenged. What didn't help was they tried to lie about it and cropped an image of my car to try and cover it up.
I've been in communication about getting the plate and light fixed, said they'd call me to arrange a time to get it in. I've been ready to answer any calls and nothing.
As someone who works on the motor industry, I've found Central Avenue/AA Motor Traders very slow to react, or not following up on anything.
