George from Champion Garage was brilliant. He was very honest in his assessment- telling me I didn’t need work another garage had said I needed, and then he went the extra mile in fixing my car. I was delighted with the outcome and will definitely be using Champion Garage again. Many thanks George

Kristofer was prompt and friendly on arrival. He advised us that the brake pads that had been supplied were different to the ones ordered and asked whether we were happy to accept the ones he had, which we were. He knew exactly what needed doing and got on with the job. Everything was done within 45 minutes. Very easy and very pleasant. Would recommend using him to anyone.

Terry was great and collected my car from work car park. He was on time and dropped back off before I finished to go home. Didn’t have repairs done but service and MOT with no issues.

Jim was knowledgeable, easy to speak with and quickly diagnosed my problem whilst offering me different solutions. He wasn’t pushy unlike other mechanics I’ve had in the past, and I’d definitely want to have him carry out any future work again in the future.

The sub contracted mechanic by John was fine came to fit a caliper and put break pads and disc back on. Upon completion I was asked to check the car. After driver there was air in the system. ( There wasn't before.) The mechanic. Spoke to John about it.. he said it would cost a further £60. I refused. The breaks should be working after changing a caliper including taking air out of the system. Disappointed John never mentioned this before and felt like I was being ripped off. Fortunately the mechanic did bleed the wheel with the new caliper. 300grms of air ?. Wouldn't recommend after the decision to keep charging for something that should be quoted before starting as they they should be bled anyway. All the work in total was over £400. So I wouldn't use again sorry.

The booking was for between 4-6 and paid extra for which I dnt like but needed work doing. Didn't arrive till 19.30. John the mechanic and his assistant were nice people did the job and found a caliper u/s and quoted a price to return. But sent someone else. All in all ok. Thanks.

Sam carried out the work brilliantly. The only issue I have with Sam was that he wasn't able to arrive at the booked time due to a previous job that day over-running. Sam did let me know that he wouldn't be able to come and came the next day. If i need anything else in the future, i know who to ask...
