Jim was great, carried out the work to a great standard and explained what he had done. Nice guy! I like the fact the work is already priced so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I would recommend to friends and family.

Jim was brilliant. The part he was supplied wasn't the correct fit and he went out of his way to resource one immediately and come back and do the job within an hour or so. I'd have no hesitation in using Jim again or to recommend to friends and family.

Jim was knowledgeable, easy to speak with and quickly diagnosed my problem whilst offering me different solutions. He wasn’t pushy unlike other mechanics I’ve had in the past, and I’d definitely want to have him carry out any future work again in the future.

Friendly and polite. Didn't take long at all, car all tested and work carried out satisfactorily. Only negative was that he was due to complete the job between 8 and 10am and he arrived closer to 12.

Spelt£100 and he told me it was the timing belt. Then took it to garage who filled it up with oil and it's fine now. What a waste of money this was. Never again

Although Jim had missed the appointment due to a series of unfortunate events, he was happy to come later in the day to make sure the work got done. He was v friendly and explained things clearly about the work that was required and the priority of the parts to replace which was really helpful and exactly what I had hoped for.
