Kami was good and polite and on time with plenty of communication. I did find the price quoted for parts very expensive and the recovery vehicle costs very high, on top of the initial diagnostic cost and additional £50 premiun time slot fee. Very happy with in which the work was carried out however.

Feeling quite ripped off . £130 for a catalytic and lambda clean ??? You can buy a bottle of the stuff for a tenner . Questioning if I'd been a man would I have needed this ?? My car passed it's mot with flying colours . But seems impact solutions wanted more money from me apart from the standard mot/full service fee . Yes the mechanic was polite . He was nearly late to pick my car up . Also did not give me a paper copy of service so I have to find a printer now . This is inconvenient. Did I not pay enough IS for a paper copy of the service ? Really not impressed . Having second thoughts about using click mechanic again . Probably better off booking it in local garage .

George was excellent… I’m currently away and he collected my car from my house, carried out the work and sent me a short video.. lots of communication as to status…I’m not home yet but I’m sure the work he’s done is great and the cars back where I left it.

Ben went to check a car at a 2nd hand dealer so I didn’t meet him myself but he text and replied promptly and sent a report that day. Then they called me to talk me through it, so I understood it all.

Jason was very knowledgeable but he was late and I had to contact him but as he is first mobile mechanic to actually respond to me I will allow that completely honest with work that's needed and have me a rough costing which wasn't to faf off full cost

I was very pleased with how Michael dealt with my cars issues. He was polite and not condescending and came across as confident, respectful and knowledgeable. I will ask for Michael again in the future.
