I booked the van in for an MOT and interim service for Thursday all day. By 17:10 Thursday, I had heard nothing and rang the mechanic asking for a delivery time only to be told that it had just been serviced but not had the mot. I was promised before 11 am Friday, which passed, and then I was promised before 13:00, which also passed. The wife who was waiting had to book a taxi home. Saturday, almost 3 days later and with more failed promises for an AM delivery, the van arrived back at 12:30. I then had to google how to reset the service indicator because that had not been done.

Car was picked up at 9.30. No idea who the mechanic was, only going to a garage called Auto Pro. Knew my car was going for MOT but wasn’t told where till after and thought the service was being done at my house. Car was gone for over six and half hours . The rocket cover gasket has a leak but they didn’t have time to do it
