I could not recommend Dan highly enough! In over 30 years of using a wide range of car mechanics and garages, I have never come across a more reassuring, knowledgeable and friendly expert. We were in urgent need of a mechanic as we were spending a couple of days away in Sheringham and the DPF maintenance warning appeared. Not knowing the area at all added to the stress this caused. Dan, however, was brilliant and sorted the problem out leaving us to enjoy our time away. He completed everything he needed to do promptly and provided a comprehensive explanation of the problem, the work he completed and what needed to be done next when I could get to a garage back home. A first class service and an expert you can trust and rely upon.

The appointment was booked for a Tuesday however I was contacted on Monday morning that due to personal issues he could have not attended the appointment. We managed to reschedule to a Friday. Luckily, I didn't have to use the car, otherwise it would have been a problem since the MOT was due. He came on Friday as agreed and did the service quick and clean. Nice guy.

I booked the van in for an MOT and interim service for Thursday all day. By 17:10 Thursday, I had heard nothing and rang the mechanic asking for a delivery time only to be told that it had just been serviced but not had the mot. I was promised before 11 am Friday, which passed, and then I was promised before 13:00, which also passed. The wife who was waiting had to book a taxi home. Saturday, almost 3 days later and with more failed promises for an AM delivery, the van arrived back at 12:30. I then had to google how to reset the service indicator because that had not been done.
