Kaz was great. I can't lie I was skeptical about the entire clock mechanic service and what that would mean, but Kaz communicated clearly and regularly and got the work done very efficiently. I am happy I went with service and also pleased that i will be getting more work done using the site. Overall a highly satisfied customer.

James was great, spot on for his allotted appointment time and did a great job replacing my rear brake pads. Very neat and tidy and was obviously a professional mechanic.
