Adrian was great - got the problem fixed (which wasn't quite the problem I thought it was). He couldn't make it during the initial slot planned (which wasn't his fault - an issue with a part that hadn't arrived) but kept me posted as to progress and arrived later the same day. Worked efficiently. Friendly.

I really recommend this service, Shahbaz was brilliant, very very helpful, and knowledgeable, I will definitely be using this service again! I phoned a few garages who were at best very unhelpful and miserable I googled and found Click mechanic, I booked the repair which was carried out the next day, wow! You cannot argue with that!

George and his colleague arrived on time to carry out a full service on my car. They were very friendly and confirmed what they were going to do and how long it would take. On completion, they talked me through the final inspection and reported all good. I would definitely use George again.
