I requested the pre-purchase service, and Jamie was amazing, just brilliant. Having read the reviews, I had high expectations about the level of service I would receive, but I certainly didn't expect photos of every part of the car with his comments, diagnostic checks, a list of around 200 checks, each with a scale from poor to excellent, and a comment on each. Jamie then called me to talk through his findings and highlight areas he felt I should know about. He even picked up that the bonnet had been removed because the paint around the screws had been worn by a ratchet, then went to to explain why that may have happened. He was so knowledgeable, polite and genuine. What it gave me is piece if mind that I was buying a car that was safe for me and my family to drive. I can only recommend this service to others, and I won't hesitate to use clickmechanic again.

Az was brilliant, great communication from point of booking to collection and drop off. Super knowledgeable, didn’t charge me anymore than was needed, resealed one of my tyres that was leaking air rather than trying to sell me a new one like some garages might have. I am very happy with the work carried out today, especially as I work nights to have my car picked up and bought back was so convenient as I was able to have a good days sleep before resuming work.
