Mechanic was really fast and sorted out my mot and service same day and fixed the issues on my car the next before it was brought back. Unfortunately communication was quite lack luster as I was never provided with a quote for the fixes my car required. I was called on the first day after my car failed it's mot and was advised of the faults and was told it would cost me roughly 250 pounds, I was then told I'd get a call to confirm the quote tomorrow. I did not get this call and was then charged 380 directly to my card with zero communication. I don't mind as it was obviously needed but I would much rather be told before the work is done
