I was very impressed with Andreas and the Clickmechanic service generally. Andreas explained clearly to me why we were getting random error messages and starting problems. The problem was resolved quickly and with minimal hassle.

The mechanics service was awful, arrived on time, however, told us it was the battery that needed replacing. As I left him to it I watched out the window and saw him open the engine, take a quick look around and then close it. He said the battery was giving in and there was no way to test the charge on the battery. He said to get a new battery and trust him since he says after years of experience he just knows. Then went to Halfords to ask for the battery to be tested and it read a 82% charge which is very good. I expected him to use some equipment but none was used, he was absolutely useless. I would expect a refund since he did not help at all and told me wrong information so that he could get another job out of it.

I am very happy with the work he did, would recommend him to others. Would recommend he communicates more but still did an amazing job and was very quick

He was absolutely perfect. Easy to understand and very kind!! It was very fast aswell, i booked at the same morning, he was in time, and the whole thing took like 30 minutes! Brilliant!

I had to check what time the driver was arriving to collect car a few times as was later than originally stated - i also asked where my car was being taken to as was not given any info on this for security and then again, nothing about the actual garage address and contact info - this should be given as no idea who was taking car to where etc

Pick-up of car mid-morning and return mid-afternoon same day were both as requested and stated, and driver was friendly and polite. Work was (new brake discs and pads, front and rear) done as requested in a timely manner and to high quality. Price was very reasonable, significantly lower than main dealer. Booking process was easy and efficient. Happy to use this mechanic again.

Had a full service & MOT. Car collected within time range. Runs fine. Just 2 points - 1 All digital communication (texts, emails) was from a "Craig" but it was James that collected & returned car. Was Craig the actually mechanic & James just collected & delivered car ? 2 Disappointed that the drivers light grey seat upholstery had black stains on it where someone sat. Suggest mechanics protect upholstery with plastic covers before sitting. Had to buy a spray to clean the oil stains. Please warn customers to cover the drivers seat so upholstery will be protected.

I couldn’t be happier with the work my mechanic Kagan carried out. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I understood everything before starting the work. The repairs were completed efficiently and to a very high standard, my Mum's car runs perfectly now. It’s rare to find someone this trustworthy and thorough in their work. I’ll definitely be returning for future services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, skilled mechanic.

Pick up 8am drop off 3.30pm all completed with no issues. Incredibly straightforward compared to going to a traditional garage to either wait or drop off. No other garage locally could compete with the price.
