Guys picked up and returned in perfect time. Worked carried out perfectly.

I booked an MOT test. It was not made clear that my car would be driven 50+ miles from Kent to Essex for this, using a not insignificant amount of fuel and incurring an additional £7 for the Dartford Crossing.

I had to check what time the driver was arriving to collect car a few times as was later than originally stated - i also asked where my car was being taken to as was not given any info on this for security and then again, nothing about the actual garage address and contact info - this should be given as no idea who was taking car to where etc

I didn't actually meet them on the day at all, but I know they were on time and very communicative, all seems good with car

I’m not happy at all, the time was changed twice and still not met.
It’s just not a good experience
