The worst mechanic we have ever used. Left us stranded with a non running car, so back a step, because he didn’t bring a jubilee clip after fitting a thermostat. We live a 2 minute drive from a couple of places selling them. Tried to over charge us heavily on uncompleted work, until pushed back on then was reduced, extra poor work and all done outside of click mechanic, car issue mis diagnosed by him, caused my wife to be stranded on a stormy winter night. Never replied about issue, once payment taken. Wouldn’t use this mechanic or ClickMechanic ever again now.

Arrived with new starter motor. Started work straight away. Completed job without fuss. Found Ian to be polite and profesionable. Would use Click Mechanic and Ian again

Apart from the late start,the job was first class and very quick. It took them hour and a half to change cambelt and water pump on my berlingo. They worked well as a team.Where very friendly and polite.

Great guy did the job and even gave me 10% off for being stuck on a job and missing my timeslot (no fault of his own), but quickly made it when I rearranged when he arrived he just got on with the job and was a pleasant honest mechanic , would recommend and use again :)

Very disappointed My account was charged 98£ and I don’t even know for what Mechanic arrived late ( supposed to be morning) and very late afternoon phoned me that my car didn’t pass MOT . It was not enough time to fix my car , because I’m living outside city I needed the car to get home . Very disappointed I don’t recommend
