Jack was a very polite, punctual and professional mechanic. We had never considered using click mechanic before but after reading the reviews I thought I’d give it a whirl as we needed the back break pads replacing. Jack arrived on time and was very polite, getting straight to the task at hand. I’m delighted that the cars been fixed, new break pads on and at the speed I was able to get this organised. I have recommended click mechanic to all friends and family as this seems such a brilliant, efficient and convenient way for car repairs. Thank you so much Jack!

Shan was fantastic. I was one of those guys that has succumbed to the allure of a Range Rover. The car was being sold by a dealer about a solid hour’s drive from me and i am not a mechanic. Heeded the warnings online and booked the pre-inspection as for the same could by the 2008 3.6 TDV8 with impeccable history but cos of ULEZ and the 5.0 V8 was tempted if mechanic thought it was a good car… These mechanics and especially Shan in North Surrey work for you best interests and was very honest. The issues with the car were plan to see and i booked this due to the part history. Obviously concerned dealer could slip him a note and say all good and think im stupid. Shan was very honest, worked for my best interest, and saved me a journey where i might have got too excited and pressured to buy the car…. Also, info helps to negotiate and had the dealer been open to that before i might have tried but fact he wasnt on initial call and confident for this inspection made my decision not to bother. 100% worth the money and from the pictures and talk on the phone i know what to look for on the one i have agreed to buy (with meticulous perfect history)! Great service worth the money if you’re spending a lump and dont want to be made a fool and regret it!

Simon was great- showed up, didn’t complain about the horrendous weather, cared about finding out what the problem was and got my car starting again- when it seemed like it never would. Was friendly and chatty and very knowledgable, would 100% recommend.
