Russel was excellent. Called me when he was nearby and got on with the job straight away. Test drove the car after fitting the new parts. All in all very happy with the whole experience.

Paul when he arrived cracked on with the work immediately. Carried out the oil and filter change no issues. We had a chat about life and on he went to the next job. Professional and genuine.

Mechanic didn't stick to the original time booked, didn't bother communicating until I messaged and called him. He was running late, but didn't bother letting me know, he then said he was going to show up at a different time, didn't stick to that either. I messaged again, he showed up late again. I had to stay in pretty much all afternoon for him to come out and do the job. Both mechanics were quick doing the work, explained what they did, what else needed doing. Informative and friendly, however not punctual, which us frustrating.

It was an easy task (for him), nevertheless Jack was efficient and quick. Task well done, arrived within the specified timeframe. Thanks
