I work nights and was sleeping so didn't see the mechanic on collection. My car was returned in plenty of time to get to work. The mechanic was pleasant and confirm all the work had been completed. I'm well impressed 😁👍

Rob was very good and diagnosed the issue as per the booking. He was over run on his job before mine but called me to apologise and explain with a lot of notice. The slight delay was not an issue for me but wanted to write about how good his communication was about an issue that was out of his hands. He was very friendly and chatty at the appointment, very easy to get on with and very knowledgeable about car maintenance in general. Although the issue couldn’t be resolved at the appointment (a new hose part is required to be ordered) he was able to get me start on what the fix would be which is more than can be said for the garage who had my car for an entire morning earlier in the week. Overall very satisfied with the service and Rob himself. Would book again.
