Edward was an exceptional mechanic. He conducted a thorough inspection and kept in close communication throughout the process. He gave a comprehensive assessment of the vehicle, was knowledgeable and was very personable. I was very impressed and felt I could trust his judgement.

Darren was great! Turned up on time, was very knowledgable and friendly. Doing a fantastic job.

Did the diagnostic, took a few photos on his phone of the faults and gave me a quick glance at them. Said he would price the job and get back to me that night. He never did, so I contacted him for the price, to which he replied saying still hadn't priced yet but would get back to me. He never did. I then gave him another day and then asked for the parts required so I could price the job elsewhere as i needed the car back on the road asap and he has ignored the message. Seems he is happy to run around to take £80 for diagnostic checks but unwilling to do any work required.

Ryan carried out a pre-purchase inspection. The report was very thorough and he was clear and very reassuring on the phone consultation we had afterwards. Despite it being a remote inspection (we were not living near the vehicle we were buying), he filled me with confidence in the vehicle. Money well spent.

Damien booked me in and came out in less than 24 hours. He carried out the tests and immediately provided me with diagnosis. He suggested a couple of things I could do to resolve the problem and fully explained the problem in a way that I, as someone knowing very little about cars, was able to understand. Friendly guy that is without doubt, very experienced and knowledgeable
