Sean was polite, but was unable to resolve my problems. Which was not unsurprising as I know it’s very difficult to diagnose a dead engine, he suggested that fuel, ( probably) the fuel pump could be the problem. He initially thought that the car had no compression but didn’t have a compression tester with him. He thought that he had to do a diagnostic test on my car so didn’t bring all his equipment, I will have to continue to investigate it myself.

Steve was brilliant. Very punctual and professional. New brake pads all round. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve again.

Picked up in the timeline by a friendly man. Taken away and delivered back three and a half hours later by the same man with everything done that I asked for and a little info on the new fuel filter which was helpful. Over all, very pleased with the service given, thanks John

Unfortunately my car was not picked up at the specified time and I did not have any phone call to say why. I had to call and it was explained to me that they had a lot of work on. We did agree to reschedule which was inconvenient for me. However, the garage did apologise and they were really responsive and kept me informed of progress the following day. I was satisfied with the service and MOT.
