Alex and his brother were both great explained everything as they were doing it.

Andrew was great, communication was spot on and let me know when they were on the way via a quick call. They got to work straight away and completed the full service. Will definitely be using them again, friendly efficient service really appreciated.

Absolutely fabulous (to pinch a TV comedy title). Received a telephone call from him just prior to arrival which helped. Super friendly and tested all parts of the engine to which the problem may attribute itself. I thought that the starter motor needed replacing (lucky guess), but did not consider the problem may lay in the connections, wiring or battery. All of these were checked before he deduced that it was the starter motor that had the problem, after he had tested that also.
Very awkward job to replace on my type of car (all down to one badly positioned bolt). New starter motor fitted and car started first time. I could have made it easier for him by digging a pit in the road for him to work under the car, as it was he was lying on his back, under the engine for the whole job.
