Extremely happy. Arrived on time, knew exactly what the issue was (timing belt). Knew whatever needed to be done and had all the odd (ie manufacturer defined) tools required. Excellent!!

The mechanic explained everything to me with honesty and clarity which as a lady of a certain age I need at times, he turned up on time and was pleasant to deal with

Ryan was a little later than he wanted to be as there was a bit of an issue with getting the parts. He phoned me to let me know and was very apologetic. He was very friendly and helped with a small issue with regards to the clutch. I would highly recommend him.

Michael was extremely prompt and very organised. He undertook a very challenging job replacement of a cambelt. First class professional job and left everything clean tidy. Very approachable and polite.

I wasn’t able to inspect the car myself so I was relying on Yas to be my eyes 300 miles away, which isn’t an easy thing for me to do but he did not disappoint. He is excellent and documented every inch of the car. I would highly recommend him.

Paul was brilliant, by request he let me know what time he would be arriving. He was polite and friendly and completed the work on my brakes in about half an hour. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
