Excellent! We used ClickMechanic for the top level pre-purchase vehicle inspection. I cannot fault any part of the whole process, from first contact to post inspection report. We were buying a car 150 miles away and this extremely thorough check gave us complete peace of mind and confidence that the car was all good. The communication from ClickMechanic has been quick and helpful throughout and the actual inspection report was very detailed, including 27 photographs. The mechanic, Mark, arrived at the dealer we were buying from on time and sent us the report immediately after he had finished, only then, were we charged for the service. Virtually every part of the thorough check came back as excellent or good but one or two points needed attention, which the garage saw to immediately. We also had a phone call after the inspection with Mark. I would highly recommend this service and would definitely use it when buying vehicles in the future.
