Henry was fantastic! Great communication from the get go, made contact the day before works were due to confirm a time to collect my car to complete the work. Ran into a technical error as the wrong brake discs were delivered (not Henry’s fault) and Henry was open and communicated the error and the expected timeline to resolution. Overall a great experience and I would highly suggest using Henry in the future!

Prompt efficient service from collection to delivery, but could of mentioned handbrake needs adjustment. But clutch replacement excellent, thankyou

Muhammad was great, gave me a time for arrival, I was the informed my car had failed it's MOT but Muhammad did quote for the works and I accepted. This was then advised that due to not being able to MOT the same day my car would be returned the next day. There was a slight issue whereby my mileage was incorrectly noted on my MOT paperwork but a quick message to Muhammad and this was rectified within 24hrs.

Daniel arrived within the allotted time & had called me to let me know he was on his way. He got on with the job quickly and replaced the heater matrix more swiftly than anticipated. After the job was finished he showed me photos & let me see the old, replaced part. All seems good so far!
