My only quibble, which was with ClickMechanic, was that I wasn't aware that the car would be kept overnight. Luckily I wasn't working the following day. My booking confirmation said the work would take 5/6 hours. But had I been working, I would have had to cancel when Chester arrived to collect the car, at a cost to myself, for cancelling after the cancellation period.”
