Hayden was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. He provided a thorough and detailed inspection report that highlighted issues I would never have spotted myself, and I could never have identified a tenth of them without his expert help. What stood out most was his communication. He called me personally that same evening to walk through all the photos and findings in clear, simple language. I’m not a petrol head, but thanks to Hayden’s patient and concise explanations, I understood everything he had to say. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me the confidence I needed to make an informed decision. I can’t recommend Hayden highly enough, absolutely top-notch service.
