Everything was excellent pick up and drop off great communication definitely recommend top notch.

I had booked in my Peugoet 208 at Bramley Garages for a clutch repair via Clickmechanic. This was the first time using this service so I didn’t know what to expect. Having collected my car yesterday I could not have asked for a better service and this exceeded my expectations on all levels. The car drives like new and the clutch feels just right. The process was straight forward and Fakhar had offered to collect my car from my address, instead I dropped it off and he dropped me off at the train station (a very helpful service). Throughout the works I had received regular WhatsApp updates (videos) on the progress of the clutch repair / other works I needed to pass its MOT. These were useful and the first time I had received updates from a mechanic. Another positive which I am grateful for is that I felt Fakhar had gone out of his way to get the car repaired and retuned to me as quickly as possible. I am grateful for this and it minimised any disruption to me. Timescales wise I booked my car in on the Sunday with Clickmechanic, dropped off the car on the Tuesday evening and had the works were completed by the Friday afternoon - I could not ask for a better service or the works to be completed any quicker. From a cost perspective all of the works were very fairly priced and I don’t think you will get a much better price from a mechanic of this level. All I can say is thank you to Fakhar and Bramley Garage and I will use them again!

Leon was amazing. Our car and it's problem definitely gave him a challenge. He explored all possibilities and communicated why very clearly. Nothing was too much trouble and answered all our questions in a very reassuring way. Would definitely use again - we have booked in for another repair for him to carry out - and would highly recommend.

He was friendly and he got straight on with his job, he was very tidy with his work he was a little late due to his previous job but he finished the job in the time specified in the estimate. Thanks very much!

Wow, what can I say. Henry was amazing. I had a serpentine belt tensioner that had become very noisy, and Henry excepted the booking really quickly. On the day, was in touch as he was ahead of schedule and could come earlier than arranged. Really nice, friendly and knowledgeable chap and had the job done really quickly, new tensioner and belt. He showed be the one that came off, most of the ball bearings had gone and so had the grease, close to complete failure, so done in the nick of time. Had a great chat about older cars ( mine is close to 25 years old). I can’t recommend enough a safe and friendly pair of hands and will certainly use again

Happy with the work, but my car came back with an engine light on which they didn’t tell me about, I just got in it and it was on. Sent the car without an engine light.
