Great service. Arrived early explained what he was he was doing and solved the problem on site.

They completed the work on the booking, but I mentioned that I booked a diagnostic to double check TPMS as they all needed replacing. Didn’t listen, or even attempt to contact me about this needing doing, even when extra work was told needed to be done as I had an MOT retest booked in. Had to chase for updates to see what was being done. Wouldn’t use again.

Despite bad weather the mechanic arrived within an hour of scheduled slot but stayed and did a very thorough job. He was really good and ensured everything was done and to a good standard. Also gave some good advice on some other aspects of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were messed about by some other mechanics so only wish we’d called you earlier. Thank you.
