Jermaine was very pleasant and was able to use the diagnostic software effectively. Whilst u able to fix the problem directly, he identifies the issues and sent the report through for further evaluation.

Went above and beyond, well satisfied with everything he did .Initially a diagnostic check revealed the problem and car was recovered and repaired on schedule as advised
