Simon turned up on time both times and communicated arrival in advance. He fairly quickly diagnosed that the issue was the battery and that it needed replacing, and quoted for doing so. While it was perhaps a little more that I could have paid elsewhere I went with it for the convenience of Simon coming to me and saving me the hassle and cost of getting the car to a garage. The positioning of the battery makes it difficult for a non-mechanic to change it. Simon also offered the option of a cheaper or more expensive, and I went mid range. Furthermore he not only fitted the new battery but also spent some time resetting the system for me, which was appreciated.

He was excellent. Turned up in good time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. Excellent

Ibrahim lovely and helpful. Car seems ok, I'm just not sure click mechanic has paid for the tow as it doesn't show on their site. But it does show I paid for the tow on klarna. The help and support pages were no help and there is noo e to call for clarity.

Luke was brilliant, arrived promptly for time slot and messaged to let me know he was on his way. Replaced auxiliary belt and advised that the tensioner also needed replacing, came back on Sunday to carry out additional work and thoroughly explained the work he was carrying out. Absolutely no issues with this mechanic and would be happy for him to carry out any future work on my car.
