The Mechanic is quite knowledgeable and helpful. He have done diagnostic inspection of the engine as I have requested and advised me what to do regarding the issue. He also pointed out any missing repair that have not been done by the Garage after the accident and he checked if there is any electrical fault.

Michael was absolutely brilliant. He turned up right on time, got stuck into the job, and quickly realised the part he had wasn’t quite right for my car. What really stood out was how upfront and professional he was—he let me know straight away, explained the situation clearly, and came up with a solid plan to sort it. I genuinely appreciated how he handled it all. He treated me with respect, kept me in the loop, and took great care with my car. You could tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in doing things properly. I will never use your services again and if im not receiving a replacement mechanic to do the service or a full refund im gonna report this as a fraud and open a case cause its illegal to sell services without a safe way for both the client and the mechanic.
