Bob kept me updated on arrival time, and explained what he understood my requirements to be. He took less time than I expected, but covered all aspects of the inspection, showed me the photos to explain his recommendations and detailed what would be an acceptable charge for the work to be done, then left my vehicle clean and tidy. I`m sorry but my car was taken to the garage for works to be carried out. Work seems ok and pleased with repairs. Was a bit sceptical of the whereabouts of the premises (behind a row of terraced houses ) but it seems as if the outcome was ok, only time will tell if parts and work was ok, if so, will definitely recommend them.

Eric was very professional and friendly, he took care of everything and gave me advice too. He used his diagnostics tools and sent me a copy of the report. I would definitely highly recommend him for any future appointments

Matt was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. He changed my battery and the van works great now. Plus he even managed to get to me earlier than planned.

Bradley and colleague were extremely nice throughout their visit today. I asked if I could watch what was happening and nothing was a problem. Bradley explained everything step by step and was really knowledgeable not only about the battery but also other things I asked about.
