Yes he was friendly and knowledgeable. Although my battery was not set up properly he sorted it out to my satisfaction.

Scott was early and got straight to the point of diagnosing my cars issue. After he did wanted to get me booked in so I could get back on the road ASAP. Couldn't recommend him enough!

I would not recommend using this mechanic. The correct channels of communication via click mechanic were not used and additional work was not quoted in writing as it should have been throughout. This unfortunately resulted to escalation via the Click Mechanic complaints procedure.
