My assigned Mechanic ACS was flawless from introduction to submittion of inspection report with photos. The report evidenced vechile issues that has been a life saver, as cost of repairs would have been more than the price of the vechile.

Henry was great, came at the time agreed and was able to sort my brake pads out. The day before I asked to change the work being carried out and he was really good in communicating and was able to change this without any issues. Overall great service would use again

Excellent service, arrived on time (even helped jump start car on a freezing morning!). Replaced glow plugs and returned car no problem.

It was a really poor experience and first time using click mechanic. I am afraid it is likely to be my last. The initial promise of coming to work on the car at my home (or taking it away to service) was not upheld and I had to take it to the mechanics 40 minute drive away. Once there I left the keys and was told it would be a couple of hours. After a couple of hours I returned to be told it was just going in for the checks and it would be an hour. I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour 40 minutes without any updates at all and no receptionist to ask. When finally I did see someone in reception they told me 10 minutes, which finally was about half an hour. The checks were all fine, so I am happy with the service and MOT. However a freshly cleaned car was left with crumbs in the dashboard and floor and I had to reverse the car through a very difficult driveway. I almost couldn't do it. No one offered help in getting the car to the road. Without doubt the worst experience in a mechanics I have had, for what was a service and MOT.

Andreas arranged to come to me early which worked well for me. He was professional at all levels, knowledgable and ensured I was happy with everything both before and after the job.

A 24-hour delay because of part being unavailable (mechanic’s firm apparently hadn’t checked) was not the best introduction, but I was inclined to forgive this poor overture because of the excellent service of the mechanic himself. He was polite, friendly and helpful - and so far as I’m yet aware, efficient.
