He was polite and punctual. I gave him the prognosis that another mechanic had given me as it's hard to tell what's wrong without a garage setting. I heard nothing for a couple pf weeks, so I sent messages and I received a quote for fixing it. I wrote back both on Click mechanic and on what's app with a question about the quote and I never heard back. So after another couple of weeks, I tried to prompt a response, 3 months later ...nothing. Sadly I have lost £90.00 with nothing to show for it so naturally I can't review the site well and once I have been exploited, I lose trust and won't re-engage. I hope that it is just an isolated case as I am sure there are many happy customers, just I wasn't one of them.

Edd is the upmost professional while being incredibly informative, friendly and helpful. From the first voice message to introduce himself, informing me of his eta, completion of inspection and finally to text him so he could call me once I'd had time to review the full report, so that he could talk me through through his findings. Even the seller asked me how much I paid for the inspection, because of his thoroughness and professionalism and see had worked in the motor trade for over 20 years. 5☆ I'd give more if I could

Adam was very passionate about what he was doing and did an insane job(my dpf was insanely clogged and he managed to save it and get it to perfect condition)! Very friendly and explains everything in as much details as you need and gives you perfect understanding what issue could be and the most important what are possible solutions and outcomes! My car was picked up from my home and delivered back within a few hours. Spark plugs supplied and changed for far less than anywhere else I could find. My old spark plugs were left in the car as proof they'd been changed.

Paul was absolutely wonderful, quickly found the issue, explained it to me in a way I could understand, answered all my questions and advised me of the next steps to take.
