Jose turned up on time, completed the job on time despite having to resolve the issue with the part supplier (1 brake pad missing from kit of parts). Jose was very courteous, kept me informed when he found out about the missing part and still managed to complete within the expected time frame. Very impressive.

He was supposed to arrive between 8-10 in the morning, at 2 in the afternoon i received a call from the car owner to say he still had not arrived so i rang him and got no answer . 10 minutes later i got a text from him to say he would arrived in 20 minutes at 2.30. I then got a call from somebody i had never heard of before to say he was going to do the check now and not Christian who was originally going to do it. I was not happy with the service at all.

I had misdiagnosed the issue and booked a replacement of a certain part. The mechanic called a day ahead and suggested that I book a diagnosis as he had doubts about my diagnosis. I agreed and he came the same day and diagnosed the issue within few minutes. He seems very good at what he does and his comms gets 100%. However he then quoted works for £600 which were completely unnecessary. The issue was that a hose clip had come off and rather than clipping it back on he suggested that hose and the part it connected needed replacing. No pressure was put on me to proceed with the works and I ended putting the clip back on without spending any more money.

Simbarashe did a great job, very friendly and answered all our questions. Very happy with the work he did. He clearly knows his job.

Shammy was so professional and friendly too. When I booked my car in based on what I had been told by Audi needed to be done on my car and Shammy immediately told me that I didn’t need to have certain parts of the work done hence saving me money.
