Joshua was not knowledgeable at all & failed to diagnose the correct issue. He changed the filter which did not resolve the issue which he was called to fix - this was expensive too (£100 on top of diagnostic cost). He was guessing what the other issue could be causing the car not to start. He was not familiar with the area and could not recommend any garages or mechanics who could correctly diagnose the issue. I regret calling him out, as it was a hefty cost with zero usefulness. I subsequently called an RAC mechanic who was knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue (to do with the exhaust) in 15 mins and was able to get the car started. RAC mechanic confirmed that Joshua’s diagnostic report was incorrect.
