Did the diagnostics but didn't have the correct equipment for my Vehicle. I still had to get it towed away to a BMW specialist. I'd recommend only sending mechanics that have BMW testing equipment.

Alan was on time and very polite and professional, took My rear disc away as they where pressed in and very hard to free from hub, came back and fitted .. we found him to be very professional and great on the communication side of things.. I'd certainly use him again, and certainly recommend him.

Friendly,efficient, knowledgeable and professional guy. Although there was a misunderstanding of where my car was told be collected from, we got there in the end. Wasn't the mechanics fault as a message hadn't been passed on .

Stefan was terrific collected the car when he said he would. Replaced the timing chain, tensions and oil on my Landrover discovery and even gave it a clean for me. Car feels and sounds brand new again so thank you to him and his team.

Mechanic was on time and friendly. "Fixed" the front driverside drive chain yesterday. Then, this morning car felt and sounded even worse then when the mechanic "fixed it." So essentially, £306 down the drain. I barely made it to work on time.

*Avoid* The pick up was late The drop off was late My car was taken across the dartford bridge unnecessarily - I am in Essex and this garage is supposedly in Essex too. But they did not tell me either, the first I heard was getting a fine for not paying the dart charge. Radio silence from any text messages on this subject too. Will not be using again. *Avoid*
