The mechanic was fine but the job could not be done e and I have had the money taken from my account.

Scott was outstanding as always. His knowledge is absolutely impeccable, and he’s incredibly quick at diagnosing and sorting any issue. I don’t trust anyone else with my car – I’ve relied solely on his services for years because I have complete faith in his abilities. I’ve even recommended him to friends and family, and I wouldn’t dare send them to, or personally use, anyone else. I’ll continue bringing my car to him exclusively for as long as he’s in the trade. Highly recommended.

Michael promptly picked up my car and dropped it back off after an MOT and service. He showed me pictures of the work and explained what had been done. Due to a missing service stamp I didn’t get my service book back right away as it got lost in the post - so only feedback would be to used tracked delivery for this type of thing in the future. Minor point though and overall I’m very happy with the price and quality of the service! Thank you.
