Very disappointed with the garage they recommended had all details of my car to be collected and didn't have knowledge to release electric handbrake as car was undrivable. They rang back 3 hours later to tell me if I could my car to them 8 miles away they would complete the work or I could cancel which I had to as to get it would has cost me another £100.00. I still had to pay £40.00 cancellation charge which I thought was unfair. Click Mechanic say the garage took the payment and the garage say Click Mechanic took ??
