William was a lifesaver! Rear suspension fixed in super quick time. Good communication, very friendly demeanour and very punctual. Quick assessment verified that one side had gone but the other, although rusting, was still OK. I decided to have both sides replaced for peace of mind and William agreed that would be advisable but entirely my decision and there was no pressure to do so. Came across as very honest and reliable. Quote agreed, parts supplied and work done in about an hour, give or take. Would recommend William without hesitation.
