they were very good in letting us what need to be done very knowledgable in telling us what was need to be done

Andrea did an excellent job with replacing both the battery and windscreen wiper motor on our van. The communication from him was great, he let me know what time he was due to be with and also when he was on his way. Andreas was very friendly and polite. We're very happy with the serviced we recieved

Unfortunately my car needed extra work and it fell on the weekend so there was a delay outside of Abbeys control. The day is was due back it was delayed and Abbey didnt communicate it to me so I did have to ring. Communication overall could have been better. Was hard to get hold of if I missed a call and with drop off Unsure if id use this platform age. I saw it as a 'quick fix' but it would have probably been the same with my regular mechanic without the extras the site charges or difficulties paying with a different card
