They took the car away and brought it back 6 hours later. I did get worried after 5 hours and I called them 3 times got no answer and left a message each time on my 4th attempt they finally picked up the phone. They did not communicate that the car would be gone that long. I was not aware that the car would be taken away, as previous services have been done at my home?

Jack arrived on time, and got to work straight away. It took him around 3 hours to do a Range Rover alternator, and by the end my car was up and running again. The local garages all said no they couldn't do, as they either couldn't be bothered or had no clue. I was a little dubious and booking as have not used the service before, but read all the reviews and took a chance. I'm so pleased I did. I will use again, as it was such a simple, but reliable service. The price you get is the price I paid, and saved me a huge amounts of trouble and money trying to find someone who could do it. Thank you Jack, and thanks Click mechanics, I will have no doubts next time and wouldn't book again.
