Great experience from start to Finnish car was delivered back sooner that expected great follow up call from garage to confirm works and that i was happy had quotes for other jobs prices very good can say would definitely use again thanks thomas and others

The mechanic was fine, but this service costs £60 for ten minutes, and I didn't receive a report or a solution—all he said was to call the garage.

Came on time and completed diagnostic test quickly. Appeared friendly and knowledgeable. Advised that it was a switch and that garage would ring with a price and he could return and fix on drive.
Havent heard anything (came out 2 days ago) have tried to ring garage but no one answers. Been on their own website and typed in my reg to book in and websites states that they dont work on my vehicle. The receipt had also advised that they can not this repair. Annoyed as likely any other garage will charge for another diagnostic test before completing the work needed.

Yes, I requested a diagnosis and that is what I recieved. It allowed me to arrange for a in depth examination and ultimately repair at my specialist garage. It also allows me to make a decision, if I could drive it to the repairer or have it delivered.
