Great mechanic. A little late with delivery of parts, but arrived asap, father and son super friendly and informative, took my car to the garage to make sure what I had asked for was the correct issue, very thorough. Kept in communication with Tom who came to delivery my car promptly on Saturday morning. Thank you very much, will be sure to use them again in the future!

Avoid at all costs for any home diagnostics £57 for 2 minutes didn’t even jack up the wheel to see if the problem was the brake shoes sticking or the slid pins stuck in the calliper so I still don’t know 100% what the problem is and got to take to a garage and pay again.The mechanic Was 1.5 hrs late said my appointment got mixed up with another and as a result I missed a very important hospital appointment. Totally unprofessional and you can not even pick the correct parts to order the work. Keep your money and put towards a decent garage and use the money towards getting your car fixed. I can not select lower than a 1 star or I would.

Ill keep this very short (like your temper), there's an old fashioned statement, you can't put a value on experience, i tried so hard to explain that trying to bully us because we were good at our jobs isn't a basis for a dishonest and fraudulent review to try and further intimidate us, customers will make up thier own minds, i think a total of 3 negative reviews from over 200 bookings doesn't really paint the picture your trying to paint....
You didn't have an appointment, and if you did you certainly didn't mention this until after the booking ended, we explained that for a very busy garage sometimes admin errors take place, we were a total of 14 minutes late and offered you a goodwill part refund to apologise, the mechanic was able to diagnose the issue immediately (not surprising as he's been in the trade 34 years), he diagnosed the issue and he's now being penalised for knowing the problem immediately.

You received a professional and accurate diagnosis and demanded a refund ? Based on a 14 minute shortfall on arrival time and because the mechanic was extremely skilled and was able to accurately diagnose the issue on arrival.
As stated to both you and click, we operate a zero tolerance on abusive and aggressive customers, so... it'll be us that advise potential other garages to be weary.
This is very unprofessional and very slanderous, however... its your opinion... your entitled to it.

Belt was changed before cup of tea brought out to him
