Thomas was great in keeping me in the loop. My car was taken away to be repaired cos it was a tricky job. No extra charge. Parts were ordered. Car was fixed and dropped back next day. Good price. I'm very happy with Click mechanic. First time I used them. Will deffo book again.

Great experience from start to Finnish car was delivered back sooner that expected great follow up call from garage to confirm works and that i was happy had quotes for other jobs prices very good can say would definitely use again thanks thomas and others

The mechanic was fine, but this service costs £60 for ten minutes, and I didn't receive a report or a solution—all he said was to call the garage.

Sometimes we don't always get it 100%, but as stated with a combination of 65 years of experience in the industry Sometimes it can only take 60 seconds to diagnose an issue that's been there for a while if you know where to look !, always happy to learn how to improve and we've took on board how to best utilise a customers diagnosis time when the fault is found quickly.

Volkswagen Transporter Oil Level And Pressure Inspection

Came on time and completed diagnostic test quickly. Appeared friendly and knowledgeable. Advised that it was a switch and that garage would ring with a price and he could return and fix on drive.
Havent heard anything (came out 2 days ago) have tried to ring garage but no one answers. Been on their own website and typed in my reg to book in and websites states that they dont work on my vehicle. The receipt had also advised that they can not this repair. Annoyed as likely any other garage will charge for another diagnostic test before completing the work needed.

Apologies, just checked and the follow on quote wasn't sent so thats on me, ive now done that, the oil pressure switch needs to be replaced, the website wouldn't show this as its a specific job but rest assured we can carry this out, please check your CM app and you'll find your follow on quote to complete this repair.

Yes, I requested a diagnosis and that is what I recieved. It allowed me to arrange for a in depth examination and ultimately repair at my specialist garage. It also allows me to make a decision, if I could drive it to the repairer or have it delivered.
