Thomas sent his mechanic Ian Turley.
He was fantastic!!! Wanted to know all about the cars issues. How long they'd been happening. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very practical. Using his diagnostic machine and his own methods of finding the fault... he found it and fixed it! Top bloke. Will definitely have him back for any other issues. Thanks Ian.

Kia Soul Engine oil & filter replacement

Although difficult to see an oil and filter change the car was collected and returned quickly and efficiently Thomas was very friendly and I am happy I did have to check where Adam was at 2.20pm as booking was between 12pm and 2pm maybe needs to call customer if running late

This is a fair review and I've taken your comments on board, your correct that the time frame wasn't met and for that I apologise, I was swamped with walk ins and this isn't an excuse, a simple call to communicate was all that was needed so moving forward that'll be a priority, thank you for the business.
