I’m not happy with this service provided by mechanic as he was not sure about the diagnosis and my issue remains unresolved even though I paid extra for same day appointment.

Graeme was really helpful. MOT and service booked but car failed the MOT. Graeme explained my options and potential costs. Graeme offered to do remedial work the next day but unfortunately the parts didn’t arrive in time. Graeme did sort it the following day and MOT was issued although it took a couple of days. He seems a fair guy who takes time to explain things. There are lots of mobile mechanics out there, Graeme seems one of the decent ones. I would definitely book him again.

Very friendly and good at their job . I only gave a 2 star for punctuality because they had to wait for parts , and then they sent the wrong ones. I would use Sean again though . Sean did contact me though to discuss the situation .
