Marcel was extremely helpful in a difficult situation just in run into christmas. He arrived on time and during a coolant flush discovered the radiator cap was cracked. I had to source a part (Japanese car) with only a few hours and he returned to clear air pockets in the cooling system late on Christmas Eve. Many thanks Marcel

Booked for a 12pm-2pm slot and did not arrive until around 4.30pm. Did receive a couple of updates but a bit annoyed that I paid an extra £10 for a priority slot and then to turn up nearly 2.5 hours after. He was good though, quickly diagnosed the snapped handbrake cable and sent a quote for the additional work to be done. Now just waiting for someone to accept the additional work.

Great first experience - Brendan was on time and worked for about an hour on the car, letting me know in layman's terms was needed to be done and what needed to be looked at as advisory. For someone like me who knows very little about cars this was very useful, especially seeing the report with all the details.

The mechanic kept me informed of what was happening as he was running late. Picked up the car half hour after time slot. Even brought my car back 10pm on Christmas eve night. Job well done and a great service.
